Romtek® is the registered trade mark of Bhushan & Bhushan
This is an Analog Simulator designed to familiarize students with a wide variety of linear and non-linear processes and the application of proportional, integral, derivative, two steps, three steps controllers. The equipment teaches hardware such as PID controllers, non-linearity (limiting, dead space, and back lash), transmitters (current to voltage and voltage to current) and terminology such as detecting element, correcting element and supply load disturbance and motor element etc. Practicals include setting up to a process with different facilities and transfer function and study of transfer function of the process. The equipment is essential for students of process control and instrumentation.
