Short Description

These two companion instruments are ideal for digital troubleshooting in logic circuits. The probe permits use in TTL/CMOS with switch selection.7 Segments display is used and a quasi Oscilloscopic display is obtained permitting easy interpretation of duty cycle of a pulse train in addition to knowing logic high, logic low and open circuits. The logic pulser serves as a signal injection equipment. The pulser automatically senses the logic level at logic 0 or logic 1 respectively. The pulse injection is for such a short duration that no IC is damaged and the injected pulse and its effect can be seen by the associated logic probe with its single pulse capture capability.
